If you have your horse at home or board your horse out, first aid is something we all need in our skill sets. Vet bills are high and you can easily cause more damage than good if you don’t know what to do while waiting! Our courses cover the assessment, and implementation of first aid on an injury, what is “normal” and what needs a vet! We cover first aid bandaging and what to include in your first aid kit. We also can go into preventative measures such as stretches and pain indicators.
Courses are offered at your facility for no extra charge and can be offered anywhere in Canada! The full day course can be used for professional development hours for Equine Canada coaches and vet techs!
